O

ur Little Birdie recently visited the sets of Abar Boshonto a film by director Biswanath Chakraborty and written by Premasish Dey, Produced by Ujjwal Sikdar under the banner of Morning Fresh Media Pvt Ltd. while Raja Narayan Deb is composing for the film.

The Film stars some big names from Tollywood like Saswata Chatterjee, Paran Bandypadhyay, Subhasish Mukherjee, Kanchan Mullick, Kharaj Mukherjee, Anjana Basu, Lama Halder, Tanima Sen, Abhisek Joshi, Mayurakshi Biswas & also eminent actors like Sumit Sammadar, Arijit Chowdhury among others.

The Film sees Saswata & Anjana as Subhamoy & Radhika who runs their Boy's & Girl's hostels respectively. They both are always at loggerheads though the boys and the girls suspect their hidden love for each other but whether they will meet or not are a matter to watch out for. Both are not married and restricts the members of respective hostels to intermingle with each other, though that becomes a tough proposition for the members and what they do would suerly make the audience fall off the chair, bets the directorial team.

Talking about Abar Boshonto, director Biswanath Chakraborty said, "The Film is all about love, romance and how hatred inspite of playing the villain gets the defeat while fighting it out with love"

While narrating about the character Saswata told our Little Birdie, "I play the character Subhamoy who runs the boys hostel, and there is a lot of fun element in the character. One can get a comparison with the yester-year movie "Boshonto Bilap" and to be honest, this kind of movie will continue to be made as long as love exists between boys & girls"

Veteran actor Subhasis told our Birdie that, "My character's name is Amu, who looks after the well beings of the boys & girls of Krishnakunja Lodge & Radhika Lodge. Whenever any  problem occurs between this two Hostels, he took care of it."

Anjana Basu added, "Todays sequence is that the boys were singing a song from their hostel balcony and teasing us. The audience will be enjoying every bit of the film and will connect to the graphical scripting which will make them glued to the seats for two hours"

The Film is scheduled to hit the theaters sometime in September 2014.
